Peony Cupcake Tower

This was a really last minute order.  There was no way I can take this order if not for my son and hubby as Weenee was away in KL for some urgent matters.  She told me not to take as we already have 4 orders for the 2 days but I have no heart to disappoint this bride as she messaged to say that if she has no cake she might have to cut the table!!!!

Of coz we have to simplify the design we had in mind.  But at the end of the day the whole cupcake tower looks stunning and elegant.

Baby Minnie Baby Cake

Another 1st birthday cake.  Its for baby Jervenne.  Mummy and Daddy wanted a Minnie cake. 

The pacifier, milk bottle and rattle were all hand molded. The shoes were molded from a silicon mold.

Lace cake for a 58th Wedding Anniversary

It is very rare to have the honor to create a cake for a 58th Anniversary.  It was commissioned by 2 sisters for their parents.

The figurines were created from the celebrants' wedding photos.  As it was a black and white I had to confirm the colors first.  I loved how they turned out.  They were made with clay so that the couple can keep them forever.

We were so happy when we received a thank you note from one of the sister the next day.

Rajasthani Wedding Cake

The hand piped motifs on the cake is inspired by the dress of the bride.  Since it is a Rajasthani theme wedding I added 'diamonds'.

Roses and fillers are all flower paste. 

The photos are not edited...the cake board is black!  It blends into the background, huh?

Its for a little girl.  Mummy said her favorite color is purple.  Thomas and Percy are handcrafted from fondant.

Hello KItty Cake and Cupcakes

Another Hello Kitty cake.  It was for 1 year old Lyla...a cute and pretty little girl.  

The main cake is inspired by the invitation card...blossom and color.  Mummy commissioned a smash cake for a photography session as well.

The mummy is a big fan of Hello Kitty...I am sure!

The main cake was fun to make. The cupcake toppers was more like "I think I can...I think I can"  Not liking the repetition is one thing but an order is an order....we have to respect the cupcake toppers.  All seventttyyyy of them.  Hahahahaa.
