Mini Wedding Cake

Minicakes is the trend nowadays but a word of caution ~ its not going to be easy on the pocket as each cake has to be individually wrapped and decorated/piped.  More time-consuming than cupcakes.  BUT they can be so elegant and pleasing to the eyes!
